A deposit is required upon booking online, and the final payment is to be made directly to our cleaner in cash after the cleaning session. Additionally, some of our extra services are billed on an hourly basis, with every started hour counting as an additional service.
- Please note that cancellations are possible, but must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, within 24 hours of the appointment time, we are unable to process any refunds.
- Kindly note that scheduling your booking appointment can only be done through our official website and not with our cleaning colleagues. This policy ensures a streamlined and secure booking process for our clients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
